The Scientific Committee of NBC15 welcomes papers within the mentioned topics.

The papers will be subject to peer review and they must be received before the deadline of March 1, 2011. Papers will be published in electronic form as a publication of the NBC15 Proceedings which will be available to registrants of the conference.

The proceedings will be published within the peer reviewed Springer Verlag IFBME Proceedings Series. Each contribution must be prepared in English and according to the IFBME Proceedings Series format.

Manuscripts should be up to four (4) pages long and should be submitted electronically
before the paper submission deadline using the paper submission link. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers. Authors must accept the copyright conditions which will be given below. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings, provided that at least one author registers to the conference.

Authors may submit papers to be presented either as an oral presentation or a poster presentation.
